What if I don't use all my hours?
You can roll over up to 20% of unused hours to the next month. This gives you flexibility for slower months without losing value. Hours expire after one rollover period.
How do revisions work?
Unlimited revisions within your monthly hours. If you need changes, we make them. No artificial limits, no fighting over what counts as a “revision.” We iterate until it’s right.
What counts as billable time?
Actual design work, meetings, and project planning. Quick questions via email or Slack don’t count. I track time transparently and send monthly reports.
Can I change tiers later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade anytime mid-month (prorated). Downgrading takes effect at your next billing cycle. The right tier should match where you are now.
What if I need more hours in a month?
Additional hours are available at $150/hour. Or if you’re consistently maxing out, we’ll discuss upgrading to the next tier for better value.
How long is the commitment?
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Most clients stick around because it works, not because they’re locked in.
